Homebuyer Education Classes
Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln is now excited to offer REACH* certified Homebuyer Education Classes to the general public. These classes are designed to teach potential, first-time homebuyers about the process of buying a home. Each session will be held Tuesday through Thursday evenings for two weeks at the Habitat offices. Space is limited.

Upon successful completion of these classes, participants will receive a certified document which can be used in specific programs towards downpayment assistance.
*REACH was established with the goal of removing barriers to homeownership throughout Nebraska. REACH programs address 16 uniform standards so that potential homebuyers are equipped with knowledge of the different areas of buying a home.
