We have ways for you to impact your community for all sizes.
Habitat for Humanity and Thrivent Financial partner to help make affordable housing a reality for Lincoln and Lancaster County. It's a partnership powered by Christian faith-- and a passion to build stronger families, churches and communities. Thrivent provides up to 50 percent of the new home cost - and Habitat works with faith partners to match the remaining home cost. Learn more
Women Build is an annual project during the month of May that recruits and empowers women of all different ages, backgrounds and industries to come together to fundraise and build homes. Participants make a powerful and visible impact on the community through affordable housing. Learn more
Team Build Days
These builds bring co-workers together in a unique way outside the office and encourage problem solving and communication skills that will carry back to the workplace. Team Build Days help build a sense of camaraderie and friendship among staff members, while involving them in an impactful community development effort to end poverty housing. Learn more
Community Builders Breakfast
Businesses support Habitat Lincoln at the annual Community Builders Breakfast by sponsoring and filling a table with employees, associates or clients. Attendees enjoy a light breakfast and learn about Habitat's affordable homeownership program during a short, one-hour event. Habitat homeowners and special guests share the impact you've made in their lives.

We're always looking for volunteers to join our committees and make it possible to have a bigger impact on the community. Committees may include: Board of Directors, ReStore, Resource Development, Faith Relations, Construction & Lot Procurement and Special Events.
