Help welcome customers at the Habitat ReStore and assist them with their purchases.
Drive ReStore truck to pick up customer donations and load them into the warehouse.
The Home Repair Superintendent is responsible for supporting the organization’s goal for its Home Repair and Warranty Program.
The individual in this position leads staff, trade partners, vendors, future homebuyers and volunteers in performing in-house construction activities, including Site Preparation, Site Clearing, Excavation, Footing and Foundations, Framing, Roofing and Pre-rock, Subs Rough-in, Water Resistant Barrier, Windows and Exterior Doors, Insulation, Drywall, Interior Doors and Trim, Interior Paint, Countertops and Cabinets, Flooring, Appliances, Subs Trim Out, Exterior Siding, Paint and Gutters, Landscaping, Punch-list, and Homeowner Orientation. The Home Repair Superintendent directly supervises work teams on site and must be mindful of their diverse abilities by assigning work that can be accomplished successfully.
